Don't Make any Changes in Network Connections Properties and Local Area Connection Properties.
You Have More then One Operating System(OS) Installed. Try to Put Same IP Addresses and DNS in Different OS provided by the ISP (Internet Service Provider).
We Don't Know How? Software Configuration reacts, If Some Hardware Components get Damaged or Older.Its Malfunctions..
If we download older version software driver its react or configured for older hardware.
So if we install older one its never over configured for your new LAN Ethernet controllers.
Sometimes due to changes made manually in IP and DNS's.
